Euonymus Alatus also known as Spindle Shrub is a beautiful shrub with so many amazing features. Dark green leaved shrubs that come in to their own in autumn when they trun firey shades of reds, crimson and oranges. They have pale yellow/ green flowers in summer, fairly small and out of sight but the fruits that follow in autumn are spectacular, purple and red in colour which split open to form four winged lobes with bright orange centres. And to top it off the bark… once the foliage has fallen you can truly see the winged bark. Height can reach upto 2.5m

This particular variety is one that sould be planted in the centre of any garden. Plant in full sun to get the best autumn colour but will be fine in partial shade. In moist well drained soil. Pruning can b done in late winter, to remove any dead, damged branches.

Where will you leave my plants?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
