Hibiscus are deciduous shrubs that are grown for their attractive flowers. They have long flowering periods when planted in the ground.

Hibiscus Lavender Chiffon is a fast-growing deciduous shrub with dark green leaves. During the late summer to autumn, it is adorned with large trumpet-shaped double lavender flowers, purplish in the centres. Can be grown as a specimen or added into a flowering screen.

Lavandin 'Lavender Chiffon' is a captivating deciduous shrub known for its large, lavender-pink flowers and lush, green foliage. This lavandin variety stands out with its dramatic, ruffled blooms, adding a splash of color and elegance to any garden. 

Where Should I Site My Lavandin 'Lavender Chiffon'? 

Plant Lavandin 'Lavender Chiffon' in a sunny location with well-drained soil. It thrives in various soil types, including loam and sandy soils, but does not tolerate waterlogged conditions. For optimal flowering and growth, choose a spot with good air circulation and some protection from strong winds. This lavandin variety is ideal for garden borders, as a specimen plant, or in mixed beds. 

Growth and Pruning 

Lavandin 'Lavender Chiffon' typically grows to a height of 60 to 90 cm (about 2.95 ft) and spreads to a similar width. Its moderate to fast growth rate and showy blooms make it suitable for creating vibrant garden displays. Prune in late winter or early spring before new growth begins to remove dead or damaged branches and to shape the plant. Regular light pruning encourages a more compact, bushier form and promotes more abundant flowering.

How long does delivery take?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
