Berberis or barberries are deciduous mound-forming shrubs. They have bright attractive foliage and bear small red to yellow berries in autumn.

Berberis Harlequin is a compact shrub with heavily mottled pink, red and purple foliage with soft pink flowers and crimson red berries in autumn they can reach a height of up to 1m.

Berberis Harlequin have attractive reddish pink leaves marbled with white, small red-tinged pale yellow flowers, followed by red berries in autumn.

Berberis have plenty of prickles so are commonly used as a security hedge. Barberry shrubs range in size from dwarf species suitable for rock gardens to larger specimens which are ideal for a shrub border. Berberis are easy to grow and maintain and respond very well to being trimmed. Berberis should be trimmed after flowering to maintain a neat shape. They are fully hardy shrubs which grow well in most well-drained soils.

How long does delivery take?

Where will you leave my plants?

We will leave your order at the front of your property, Parcelforce may
leave your items in a safe place if you let us know, Pallet couriers
will require a flat hard surface to deliver to, no gravel or soil, a
driveway or parking spot would be best. Most importantly Deliveries by
pallet courier will require access for a large truck (bin lorry sized)
to get near the delivery point. Deliveries sent on our own transport may come in a small van or larger truck.
